1. Who we are

FlowSight ("we", "us", "our") operates the FlowSight Pro campaign website. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are the data controller for personal data collected through this campaign.

2. What data we collect

When you claim your free Pro month, we collect:

• Your email address
• Your selected plan type (Freelancer or Team Leader)
• Your consent preferences and the date you gave them
• The date and time of your claim

We do not collect special categories of personal data. We do not use tracking cookies on this campaign page.

3. Legal basis and purposes

We process your data on the following legal bases:

• Contract / pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b))— to process your claim and send your Pro redemption code in the coming days.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — if you opt in to receive additional information about FlowSight products, features, and updates. You may withdraw this consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — to prevent fraud and duplicate claims, and to maintain the security of our systems.

4. How we use your email

Required communications: If you accept this Privacy Policy and submit your claim, we will email you about your free Pro trial and redemption code within the coming days. This is necessary to fulfil your request.

Optional communications: If you separately opt in, we may also send you information about FlowSight products, features, and updates. This opt-in is entirely voluntary and is not required to receive your free month.

5. Data retention

We retain claim data for as long as needed to deliver your trial and fulfil our legal obligations. Marketing contact details are kept until you withdraw consent or object to processing. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

6. Sharing and processors

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers who process it on our behalf (e.g. email delivery and database hosting), bound by data processing agreements and GDPR-compliant safeguards. We only share what is necessary for the stated purposes.
